Our standard
We aim for new and updated content on this site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Accessibility Initiative. We review existing content against the same standard and correct what falls short.
What we have done
- Pages use headings, landmarks and labels so that screen readers can navigate them.
- Every link, button and form field can be reached and used with a keyboard, and shows a visible focus indicator.
- Text and controls are designed to meet Level AA color contrast.
- Layouts reflow on small screens and when text is enlarged, without horizontal scrolling.
- Animation is decorative only, and it stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Form fields carry visible labels, and form messages are announced to assistive technology.

We check the site against this standard when we publish significant changes.

Some features, such as fonts, are supplied by third parties. We ask our providers about their conformance and choose accessible options where we can, but we do not control their content.
